Dry ingredients
150g Self-raising flour
120g ‘Red Rose’ flour
½ tsp Sodium bicarbonate
1 cup Fine brown sugar
40g ‘Nestum’
80g Imported chocolate chips
50g Almonds (chopped)
30g Red cherries (chopped)
Non-dry ingredients
1 Egg
250g Buttercup
1. Combine all the dry ingredients and mix them together.
2. Then, add in the egg that has been slightly beated using a fork followed by Buttercup.
3. Mix all the ingredients together using your hands until it is well-mixed.
4. Chill the batter in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
5. Then, using an ice cream scoop, scoop the batter onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper until all the batter is used up.
6. Bake the cookies at 180°C until the edge of the cookies has browned.
