Salted Duck Egg Fried Crab Sticks

1 pkt Crab sticks
1 cup Corn flour
1 tsp Black pepper powder
6 tablespoons Buttercup
3 tbsp Buttercup
1 stalk Curry leaves
7 Bird’s eye chilli (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Chicken seasoning pwder
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Sugar
2 Salted duck eggs (boiled and egg yolks separated and mashed)
1. Cut the crab sticks into thin strips and roll them in the mixture of corn flour and black pepper powder.
2. Heat 6 tablespoons of Buttercup in a frying pan and fry the crab sticks until slightly golden. Once done, put it aside.
3. Melt 3 tablespoons of Buttercup in a pan and add in the mashed egg yolks and fry until it starts to froth and then add in the curry leaves, chillies, chicken powder, salt and sugar. Stir well. Turn down the heat and add in the crab sticks. Mix well and let it cook for a while. Once cooked, turn off hear and serve.
