Banana Cupcakes with Chocolate Chips

150g Buttercup
150g Brown sugar
4 Eggs
3 Cavendish banana (mashed)
2 tbsp Yogurt
240g Superfine flour (sifted)
1 tsp Baking powder
½ tsp Sodium bicarbonate
50g Chocolate chips
1. Beat Buttercup and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
2. Add in eggs one at a time and beat the mixture until well mixed and then add in yogurt and bananas. Continue beating until the mixture is even.
3. In a separate bowl, add flour, baking powder, and sodium bicarbonate and mix it evenly.
4. Add in the mixed flour and sodium bicarbonate into the mixture and beat until smooth.
5. Lastly, add in the chocolate chips and mix it together.
6. Pour the dough into cupcake liners and bake for 20-25 minutes at 170°C.
