Chocolate Apple Cake

Ingredients A
3 cups Wheat flour
3 tbsp Cocoa powder
2 tsp Soda bicarbonate
1 tsp Ground cinnamon (optional)
Ingredients B
1 cup Buttercup
2 cups Castor sugar
3 Eggs (grade A)
1 cup Yoghurt (natural)
1 tsp Vanilla essence
Ingredients C
3 cups Green apple (diced)
1 cup Almond flakes
1. Sift together Ingredients A.
2. Beat the Buttercup, sugar and vanilla essence until light and fluffy and then add in the eggs one at a time. Add Ingredients A alternately with yoghurt.
3. Add in the apples and almond flakes and mix well using wooden spatula.
4. Pour the mixture in a 10x10x3 baking tin.
5. Bake for 30-45 minutes at 160°C.
