Cheddar Cheese Pineapple Tart

Ingredients A
200g Buttercup
25g Icing sugar
1 Egg yolk
25g Cheddar cheese – grated
Ingredients B
300g Hong Kong flour
20g Corn flour
10g Milk powder
Decoration:Cheddar cheese, egg yolk, pineapple jam
1. Preheat the oven at 150°C.
2. Beat Ingredients A in a mixer, and then add Ingredients B – knead until it becomes soft dough.
3. Take half tablespoon of dough and flatten it. Then, put the pineapple filling (half a tea spoon) in the middle.
4. Cover the filling by rolling the dough into a neat ball.
5. Brush it with egg yolk and spread cheddar cheese at the top.
6. Bake for 25 minutes.
