Classic Chocolate Whoppie Pie

4tbs of Buttercup
4tbs of shortening
200g of brown sugar
1 2/3 cups of cake flour
2/3 of coco powder
1 ½ tsp of baking soda
1 egg
1 cup of fresh milk
1 tbs of vanilla essence
¾ cup of peanut butter (For Peanut Butter Fillings)
¾ cup of Buttercup (For Peanut Butter Fillings)
¾ cup icing sugar (For Peanut Butter Fillings)
1. Mix the butter and sugar until they expand.
2. Add in egg.
3. Put in the flour, baking soda and coco powder alternately with fresh milk.
4. Add vanilla essence.
5. Put the mixture into a piping bag, make into round shape more or less like a macaroon. Bake it at 170°C for 15-20 minutes.

Peanut Butter Fillings
1. Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly.
2. Place it in between the whooping pie.
