Cake Ingredients
170g x Buttercup
300g x Castor Sugar
1 teaspoon x Vanilla Essence
3 x Eggs
1 ½ tablespoon x Red Coloring
360g x Wheat Flour
1 teaspoon x Baking Powder
30g x Coco Powder
180g x Yoghurt
180g x Fresh Milk (Mix the Yoghurt with Fresh Milk)
1 ½ teaspoon x Baking Soda
1 tablespoon x Apple Vinegar
Cream Cheese Ingredients
60g x Krimwell
125g x Cream Cheese
60g x Icing Sugar
A bit of Lemon Essence
Directions for Cake:
1. Preheat the oven for 30 minutes at 175°C.
2. Mix Buttercup with castor sugar at moderate speed for 3 minutes or until the mixture becomes white and fluffy.
3. Add in eggs, red coloring and vanilla essence. Add in the eggs one by one and each time an egg is added, make sure to mix the mixture until smooth.
4. Slow down the mixer. Combine the flour, coco powder and baking powder. Add this combination into the mixture alternately with the yoghurt and fresh milk mixture. Mix for a while, then set aside.
5. Combine the baking soda with the apple vinegar. Add this into the mixture.
6. Pour the mixture into a baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
7. Decorate the cake with cream cheese when it is cool.

Directions for Cream Cheese:
1. Mix the cream cheese with Krimwell until fluffy.
2. Add in the icing sugar and lemon essence.
3. The cream cheese mixture is now ready to be used as a topping.
