Oreo Cheese Biscuits

½ cup x Buttercup (room temperature)
125g x Cream Cheese (room temperature)
1 cup x Castor Sugar
1 tsp x Vanilla Essence
1 cup x Wheat Flour
½ cup x Chocolate Chips (semi-sweet/bittersweet)
1 cup x Oreo Cookie Crumbs
½ cup x Chopped Walnuts / any kind of nuts
1. Beat Buttercup and cream cheese on medium speed until creamy.
2. Add in sugar and vanilla essence. Blend until sugar is combined into the batter. Add in flour, Oreo cookie crumbs and chopped walnuts. Mix at low speed. Then, add chocolate chips into the mixture and stir well with a spatula.
3. Heat the oven to 170°C. In the meantime, scoop onto the baking tray - 1 tablespoon of the mixture for a palm-sized cookie or a teaspoon for a Raya biscuit-sized cookie.
4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges of the biscuits turn a golden brown and the top surface distends. Cool the cookies on the baking tray for about 2 minutes for it to harden before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
