Muffin Ingredients
100g x Bread Flour
150g x Wheat Flour
2g x Salt
10g x Double Action Baking Powder
100g x Castor Sugar
100g x Yellow Raisins
20g x Vanilla Butter
80g x Buttercup, Melted
2 x Eggs
75g x Fresh Milk
70g x Sour Cream
20g x Orange Paste

1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
2. Sift flour, salt and baking powder into a mixing bowl.
3. Add in castor sugar and raisins. Mix the ingredients using a spatula then form a hole in the middle. Set aside.
4. In another bowl, add in the melted Buttercup, salt, vanilla butter, eggs, fresh milk, sour cream and orange paste. Mix the ingredients using a hand whisk until thoroughly combined
5. Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients bowl using a spatula. Stir the mixture slowly until combined.
6. Place the mixture into a muffin mould.
7. Bake for 25 minutes or until thoroughly baked.
