100g x Bread Flour
275g x Wheat Flour
2g x Salt
15g x Double Action Baking Powder
150g x Brown Sugar
10g x Vanilla Butter
125g x Buttercup, Melted
2 x eggs
200g x Fresh Milk
100g x Sour Cream
10 tablespoon x Blueberry Filling
1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
2. Prepare the muffin mould.
3. Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a mixing bowl.
4. Add in brown sugar. Mix the ingredients thoroughly then form a hole in the middle. Set aside.
5. In another bowl, add in the melted Buttercup, salt, vanilla butter, eggs, fresh milk and sour cream. Mix the ingredients using a hand whisk until thoroughly combined.
6. Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients bowl using a spatula. Stir the mixture slowly until combined.
7. Add in the blueberry filling. Do not over stir the mixture. Just stir until smooth.
8. Place the mixture into the muffin mould.
9. Bake for 25 minutes.
